Returns Policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases from Firefly Accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer all customers a full refund if you cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will refund the cost of the item/s in the same method that you paid. We cannot refund services such as gift wrap.
Colours are reproduced as closely as possible, however there will be minor variations from screen to screen as computer monitors vary.
You must inform us in writing, by email to flora@fireflyaccessories.co.uk, of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your notification to cancel and you will receive an email to say that the refund has been processed.
You will be responsible for the return delivery costs unless the item was delivered to you damaged, or in error. If you are returning an item that is damaged or was delivered in error, we will also refund the original postage cost and the return postage cost.
